Cox’s Bazar is well recognized for having the longest sandy sea-beach of the world. However, with a wide variety of natural resources it has been lagging behind in the field of education. As a responsible social being I had felt to do something for the betterment of the society. Consequently I had been working for the betterment of the society. However, it was our Honorable Prime Minister Sheik Hasina, who has opened my eyes and moved me to the right direction. She has assigned me to build this institution with a view to helping the deprived society. Since then I had a growing desire to begin a higher educational institution and it soon became a vision or a dream. It was 2014 when we were successful in materializing this dream. Thus Cox’s Bazar International University began its noble journey.

While establishing this institution, the objective was to provide the deprived students from the southern part of Bangladesh with a high standard platform of higher education to learn and inherit predominant skills which are completely career oriented.

Now it's a proud moment for me and my team, when we see, thousands of students every year leaving the portals of our educational institutions looking ahead confidently to a bright future.

Our vision is simple - Igniting Minds, Empowering Lives. The journey has just begun. We have far more to go.
